Cat Dog Stylist™, LLC is Groomer Owned & Operated, you will be texting or emailing a human being when you contact us! We do not use AI phone services to respond to customer inquiries, and value a 1 on 1 connection with our clients. We remember your name(s), your pet's name(s), and all the details are not lost on us.
Automated text messages will be sent when working on pets and during business hours, or after hours, but will be followed up during business hours.

To request an appointment or any estimates, we require our clients to fill out our Appointment Request Form below. We require a card on file for all of our clients, but will not charge for anything until an appointment is secured with a deposit.
We strive to reply immediately to any text messages, emails and voicemails, but the fastest and easiest way to get a response will be over text or email.
We do not answer phone calls, please make sure to TEXT, EMAIL, or LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. If you leave a Voice Mail, we will Text or Email you in response. Please leave your Name / Number / Email in your Voicemail so we can message you back.
In order to provide the most accurate appointment times or estimates, please provide all of the information outlined on our Appointments page accurately so we can assist you properly.

Frequently asked questions (including our base prices for the smallest pets) are on the FAQ page, once you are done filling out the form, refer to the Prepare page to make sure you are ready before your appointment is scheduled.
Debit cards are recommended as credit cards do have an additional card processing fee.
At Cat Dog Stylist™, we prioritize the health and safety of all pets in our care. To provide our services, we require an up-to-date Rabies Certificate for each pet. Alternatively, we will accept documentation that clearly includes the pet's name along with the expiration date of their rabies vaccination. To have your vet email us the documentation, please have them email us at jullia@catdogstylist.com.
