Can I watch you groom?
Absolutely, I welcome your presence during the grooming process for your pet. However, it is crucial to minimize any distractions during this time, and an owner being present is not always possible for some overly excitable pets. Should your pet exhibit excessive excitement or excessive movements upon seeing you, I may politely request that you step out of their line of sight to ensure their safety, but we will always keep the door open (unless we are blow drying your pet). We are using sharp tools and we aim to maintain a safe, secure environment for all parties involved.
How much does it cost?
The most frequent question we receive each day revolves around pricing, which varies based on several factors, including the specific haircut you desire. To provide you with an accurate estimate, we kindly ask you to complete our appointments form. This ensures we can assist you effectively. It's important to note that even if you have the same breed of dog as someone else, factors like their location or grooming frequency can lead to different pricing. For instance, the cost for a dog or cat that visits once a year will differ significantly from one that comes in every month!
